Tricia Baschnagel began her Real Estate career in 2001 just after relocating to North Carolina. She was born in Western New York and attended Niagara University where she graduated with a Criminal Justice degree.
With remarkable attention to detail and a drive for success, she is able to provide superb service to all her clients every step of the way. Her extensive sales experience and knowledge of real estate ensures your needs are realized professionally and accurately. In 2007, she was named top agent of the year in her Raleigh office.
In February 2009, Tricia and her husband decided to move to Las Vegas to be closer to family. She purchased Stellar Properties in May 2009.
When Tricia is not working, she loves spending time with her husband Tom. Together, they enjoy local sports, running, getting together with friends, and discovering new adventures throughout Las Vegas.
She also volunteers at Child Focus of Las Vegas, a non-profit agency that provides resources for foster childern. "Child Focus is a non-profit agency that provides resources and services which enrich the lives of children living in foster care and creates opportunities for each child to develop the individual strengths and abilities that will help prepare them for responsible adulthood."
